Personal Experience
Quincy Kiptoo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 3 years post-admission experience. Quincy specializes in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Riara University, a postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law and a Certificate in Professional Mediation from the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa.
As a student of law, Quincy was the quintessential debater who never shied away from expressing his legal take on issues. This led to the founding of a legal blog “Niccolaw.co.ke” which he runs to date.
Quincy’s voracious appetite for information and his ability to develop a deep grasp of many areas of law has allowed him to develop a wide practice, which includes complex corporate management and litigation.
Quincy is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa.
Quincy has immense experience practicing before the various High Court stations in Nairobi, Kajiado, Narok, Nakuru, Nyeri, Thika, Mombasa and Eldoret.
Whether it’s on a sensitive transaction or in a complex courtroom battle, Quincy is the bannerman you want. You can count on the undivided attention of a lawyer that prizes relationships over profit and is dedicated to your cause, fighting hard yet fair.
